A new student started taking French lessons here last night and when I was writing out adjectives, she thought the word "noir" meant "pink" because of the pinot noir grape. This launched a discussion about wine and it occured to me that teaching French through wine would be ingenious.
So if you need me, I'll be shirking all other work as I get started on that.
